Russia is preparing to welcome a North Korean law enforcement delegation to Moscow, with official government documents suggesting the visit will take place this week.

Russia’s Ministry of Internal Affairs announced a bid looking for a provider of “executive-class car services … to support the stay in the Russian Federation of a delegation from the Ministry of Social Security of the DPRK,” the ministry stated in a tender placed on Aug. 19.
