North Korea’s top diplomat has returned home after a four-day visit to Beijing for talks with the Chinese premier and her counterpart, reinforcing the two sides’ efforts to boost high-level engagement following their leaders’ summit last month.
Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui arrived at Pyongyang International Airport aboard a “special plane” on Tuesday, where she was greeted by Chinese Ambassador Wang Yajun and DPRK officials including Vice Foreign Minister Im Chon Il, the state-owned Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported Wednesday.
