North Korean foreign minister leaves for Russia and Belarus as APEC set to begin


North Korean foreign minister Choe Son Hui left on an official trip to Russia and Belarus on Sunday, according to state media.

The DPRK state-run Voice of Korea reported that the visits are taking place at the invitation of the foreign ministries of Moscow and Minsk. Choe was seen off at Pyongyang International Airport by Vice Foreign Minister Kim Jong Gyu and Russian Ambassador Alexander Matsegora, the outlet said.
