The top diplomats of North Korea and Belarus reached an agreement to expand bilateral cooperation “in all areas” during a meeting this week, according to Minsk’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

According to Minsk on Thursday, the two sides concluded the agreement to boost ties in “political, trade, economic, humanitarian and other fields” during a visit by DPRK foreign minister Choe Son Hui from Oct. 28 to 30, at the invitation of her Belarusian counterpart Maxim Ryzhenkov.
