A Ma Maniére‘s debut take on the Air Jordan 6 now has an official release date, Footwear News can exclusively report.

The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 6 Smoky Mauve will drop in less than two weeks to kick off the boutique’s “Built for This” campaign. A suede upper is dressed in the shoe’s namesake hue, and a quilted lining arrives in the same color. Waxed laces are among the sets available to choose from, and the toggle is rendered in burgundy. A Ma Maniére‘s name is subtly molded into the right tongue for less branding than usual, and on the inner side of it, you’ll find a unique stitched pattern. On the interior of the box, you’ll also find original artwork from Jammie Holmes.

AMM’s “Built for This” campaign is intended to represent resilience, perseverance and earned celebration — with a quietly elegant sneaker to match. For the first chapter, the Air Jordan 6 will release alongside a knit polo and a track suit. The wing of James Whitner’s Whitaker Group has also teased a second chapter coming in December, which would be expected to include the Air Jordan 4 Dark Mocha.

Ahead of the Air Jordan 6’s release, A Ma Maniére and Jordan Brand will host a pre-launch experience called “The Unboxing.” It’ll move through each AMM location beginning Thursday in Atlanta, followed by Sunday in Washington, D.C., and Nov. 20 in Houston. Centered upon the artwork of Holmes, the event is conceived as both an exhibition and a space for reflection.

The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 6 Smoky Mauve will be available online on Nov. 21 through all of The Whitaker Group’s boutiques through a drawing open from Tuesday through Monday. Each of A Ma Maniére’s stores will also launch the sneaker Nov. 21. Pricing is set at $225.
