Best Amazon Prime Day Mattress Deals (2025): Casper, Helix, Birch

Amazon is not usually my first choice for buying a mattress, but they do offer a wide range of options and provide fast delivery—not to mention all the perks that come with being an Amazon Prime member. If you’re looking to improve your sleep routine, Amazon is also a great place to shop for devices such as white noise machines and sheets.

Whether you’re looking to make a big purchase during these Prime Big Deal Days, such as a mattress, or you’re looking at a smaller item such as new sheets, this is a great time to do it. I’ve put together this handy-dandy guide with the help of the WIRED Reviews team, featuring mattresses (and sleep products!) we’ve tested that are on sale as part of these Amazon Prime Day mattress deals.

If you want to go on a side quest and read up on all things sleep, check out our guides on the Best Mattresses, Best Organic Mattress, and Best Mattresses for Side Sleepers.

Wolf

Memory Foam Hybrid Premium Firm Mattress

I absolutely love this mattress, and it ranks among our best mattresses for a reason. I found in testing that the Wolf 13-inch hybrid’s support, pressure relief, and cooling were on par with far more pricey beds I’ve also tested, just at a significantly lower price. And, when you purchase on Amazon, it’s $99 cheaper than on Wolf’s site. A deal’s a deal, and I’ll take anything I can get when it comes to this bed.

Take $381 Off the Casper Original Hybrid

Casper

Original Hybrid Mattress (12-Inch)

Another all-foam all-star, Casper was one of the original American mattresses-in-a-box. The mattress that put it on the map, the Casper Original, hybrid edition, is on sale for Prime Day. Nowadays, the Casper Original mattress has evolved into “Casper One,” another bed that WIRED reviewer Martin Cizmar tested. What the beds have in common: pressure relief, heightened support thanks to the coils, and a medium-firm feel to get softness and some support to go with it.

Purple Restore Hybrid Is $300 Off

WIRED reviewer Nicole Kinning tested an earlier iteration of the Purple Restore Hybrid, which featured a cooling cover, but found that the bed’s breathability is something to contend with overall. The top (purple) grid layer is unique in that it gives malleable pressure relief while creating channels for airflow. As for its Amazon Prime Day sale, you can save $300 on this mattress.

Save $40 Off the Zinus Green Tea

Zinus

Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress (12-Inch)

Whenever we hear “green tea” and “mattress”, we automatically assume it’s a Zinus. This bed’s green tea infusion is meant to keep the bed free and clear of allergens, while the memory foam build promotes better pressure relief and comfort. Plus, it’s super-duper affordable, especially with its Amazon Prime Day sale, which is an additional $40 off.

Nectar’s Premier Deal Is $142 Off

Nectar Sleep

Nectar Premier

Nectar’s known for its affordable mattresses, which are chock-full of cushioning memory foam for pressure relief. Seeing further discounts on top of that is very exciting. WIRED reviewer Martin Cizmar previously tested the Nectar Premier Hybrid, which features a support layer of coils at its base. He noted that the bed’s softer feel didn’t take away from the lumbar support he needed for his back pain. However, the all-foam Nectar Premier is the mattress that’s on sale for Prime Day. But here’s the good news: it performs very similarly to that of the hybrid. With its all-foam design, it leans into the cushioning and pressure-relieving feel that memory foam is known for. It can also help with motion isolation to keep the bed stable. You can save $142 off the Nectar Premier as part of its Amazon Prime Day sale.

Take 35 Percent Off of the Bear Elite Hybrid

Bear Elite Hybrid Mattress (Firm)

This is where we begin our Amazon Prime Day “Parallel” sales coverage, because many brands are offering their own deals outside of Amazon. Take Bear, for example. The Bear Elite Hybrid is a mattress that several team members have tested. Both WIRED reviewers, Nena Farrell and Martin Cizmar, found the firm setting to be truly firm enough to battle against their respective back pain woes, while still providing a cool-feeling surface to contend with. Bear is offering 35 percent off sitewide with code PRIME on the same days as Amazon Prime Day (October 7 and 8).

Nolah’s Got 35 Percent Off Going

Not to alarm you, but when a mattress as excellent as the Nolah Evolution goes on sale, we strongly encourage you to sprint to check it out. As my personal mattress, it’s exceptional in terms of pressure relief, lumbar support, and maintaining a room temperature on even the hottest nights. No code is needed to save 35 percent off during Nolah’s Prime Time Sale, running from October 7 to 8.

Save 25 Percent Off Birch Mattresses

Birch

Luxe Natural Mattress

WIRED reviewer Scott Gilbertson found this organic mattress to be a bouncier-feeling addition to his bedroom, which helped alleviate his lower back pain. Birch is offering 25 percent off sitewide with code PRIMETIME25 from October 7 to October 12.

Take 20 Percent Off Leesa Plus $50

Leesa Sapira chill mattress

For those who are compiling their mattress wishlist, hoping for lower back support, pressure relief (especially if they’re a side sleeper), and materials that won’t overheat, WIRED commerce director Martin Cizmar found that the Leesa Sapira Chill did the job quite well. The hybrid design is integral to giving sleepers enough support to maintain spine alignment, but not so rigid that pressure points are put out. For Leesa’s Prime Time Sale, you can take 20 percent off sitewide, plus an additional $50 off select mattresses with code PRIME50.

Get 25 Percent Off at Helix

Helix Sleep

Midnight Luxe with ErgoAlign

Helix Midnight Luxe mattress with GlacioTex and ErgoAlign

This is a bed that comes with high regard, especially since it’s our top mattress pick we’ve tested to date. It’s outfitted with specialty lumbar support features, softer memory foams for pressure relief, and an overall feel tailored to side sleepers. You can save 25 percent off the Helix Midnight Luxe with code PRIMETIME25 during both days of the Amazon Prime Day sales event.

Use Code to Get 30 Percent Off the Plank Firm

Don’t be fooled, you’re not purchasing a wooden bed—but the firmness hints that you get pretty close. This dual-sided, super-firm bed (well, on one side, the other is “firm”) is designed to be a very firm mattress, if not one of the firmest beds available. Our testers have praised it for helping to support their spines when dealing with back pain. During Amazon Prime Day, you can save 30 percent off with code FLASH30.

Bedsure

GentleSoft Cooling Sheets

These Bedsure bamboo sheets are one of the best Amazon purchases I have made to date. They’re cooling, super soft, and have proven their durability with how much I use them. All bed sizes are on sale, but the queen-size bed sheets offer the best deal at $56 for a set.

Coop Sleep Goods

Original Adjustable Cutout Pillow

You’d have to duel me (and win) to get me to give up my Coop Sleep Goods Crescent cutout pillow. I love how the design allows you to move uninhibited. Before you argue that a traditional, rectangular pillow shouldn’t give you issues, this is a wait-till-you-try-this moment. I can really get comfortable around the core of the pillow, and the cutout feels supportive under my neck, which is often aching. There are several cut-out pillow variations, and Coop Sleep Goods is offering a 20 percent discount for Amazon Prime Day.

Casper Sleep Hybrid Snow Pillow for $18

Casper

Hybrid Snow Pillow (Standard)

This is a pillow that I consulted with fellow bedding expert and product reviewer Nena Farrell on. Based on her testing, she found that it had a lower loft paired with a firmer feel. These are both aspects that stomach sleepers need from their pillows to prevent disturbing their neck’s cervical alignment and causing trouble with their lower backs. Casper’s Hybrid Snow Pillow keeps everything on the same level, while supporting the head so you don’t have to forgo a pillow altogether. It’s $18 off for Amazon Prime Day.
