A Chinese website dedicated to DPRK investment opportunities has published a list of North Korean export products rife with items that appear to violate U.N. Security Council sanctions, in a sign of Chinese companies’ willingness to engage in prohibited trade with the neighboring state.
The list, published last week by Dandong Huachao Information Co., Ltd., notably includes textile products, machinery, electrical devices and even “means of transportation,” all items that the DPRK is prohibited from exporting under U.N. Security Council Resolutions 2375 and 2397, among others.
