Elie Saab continues its strategy of expanding its aesthetic into real estate with the announcement of Stellar by Elie Saab, its first branded residential project on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. The move follows the brand founded by the eponymous Lebanese fashion and haute couture designer’s projects in the Caribbean, the Maldives, and its exclusive residences in Switzerland, together with its recent yachting debut and a strong focus on the Elie Saab Maison line of home furnishings and home fragrances.

This is the first branded residential project to debut on Yas Island, and Elie Saab will deliver it in partnership with Emirates Developments, one of the United Arab Emirates’ leading real estate companies. Strategically positioned at the heart of the island, Stellar by Elie Saab blends into its ever-evolving landscape and complements the renowned waterfront destinations dedicated to leisure and culture. The complex enjoys direct access to Yas Island’s main attractions while offering residents a sense of privacy and exclusivity.

Scheduled for completion in 2028, the complex comprises 144 bespoke residences across a curated selection of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, three- and four-bedroom garden villas, and a five-bedroom duplex penthouse. Conceived as an architectural statement defined by balance, precision and light, the project features clean lines, expansive glazed façades and natural materials, with generous spaces and panoramic views over Yas Island. The interiors embody Elie Saab’s vision of balance and architectural harmony.

The common areas are furnished throughout with furniture and accessories from the Elie Saab Maison collection, co-designed by Elie Saab and Carlo Colombo and developed under licence by Corporate Brand – A++ Group. Every piece is made in Italy.

The complex offers residents a curated selection of exclusive amenities, including a swimming pool, wellness spa, fitness centre, lounge, cinema, children’s play areas, boutiques, and dining spaces along the seaside promenade.
