North Korea is set to welcome international visitors for its premier international marathon for the second straight year, despite ongoing tourism restrictions barring many foreigners, according to one of the event’s partners.

DPRK-focused travel agency Koryo Tours announced on its blog Monday that organizers confirmed the 2026 Pyongyang International Marathon will take place April 5.
