Consistency over intensity is the Pvolve motto.
So said vice president of training and head trainer Dani Coleman in an exclusive interview with WWD ahead of the launch of the exercise brand’s new Longevity Bundle, a curated kit of equipment inspired by Coleman’s private workout sessions with renowned actress Jennifer Aniston.

Founded by Rachel Katzman in 2017, Pvolve is a low-impact toning workout — available online and in-person for classes — prioritizing strength, stability and mobility. After quietly joining the Pvolve cult mid-pandemic, Aniston has proudly championed the method through her renewed partnership, which was first announced in 2021, around the same time she began her one-on-one sessions with Coleman.
“When we first started training, we really focused more on our signature format, strength and sculpt,” Coleman recalled. “Since our time has expanded over the years, it’s been fun consistently progressing Jen’s level of challenge while also meeting her body where it’s at. We’ve added in our other modalities of sculpt and burn and now progressive weight training, which is highlighted in the new Longevity Bundle with her.”
The Longevity Bundle features a new body band.
From a heavy ankle band to a precision mat and a brand-new body band, the Longevity Bundle, priced at $460, comprises Aniston’s must-haves to help perfect bone density, boost metabolism and combat the effects of aging.
“When looking at what we use in our sessions, we wanted to highlight strength training and how we continue to progress her training,” Coleman said of the bundle. “You’ll see some of her favorite pieces, like the gliders that we use frequently. We definitely favor our moderate booty band to challenge her glutes, and I’d say our lighter body band, which she loves, that we do a lot of core and a lot of upper body work with. You’ll just see all those pieces come to life.”
Consumers will also receive a three-month streaming membership upon purchasing the Longevity Bundle. The launch is also coinciding with the start of Pvolve’s Fall Strength Challenge, running from Oct. 29 through Nov. 12, in which $1 will be donated to Women in Medicine for every exercise challenge completed.
Aniston has been working with Dani Coleman since 2021.
According to Coleman, the Longevity Bundle is suitable for someone just starting their fitness journey. As for the pillars of a successful workout, Coleman said beginners should prioritize “following a plan and sticking to that plan to be consistent first and foremost,” with at least three workouts a week.
“Then, making sure you’re progressively overloading whatever modalities you’re doing,” she continued. “That’s why I like to encourage people to follow a program so it doesn’t feel so random. I always think it’s great to explore one modality when you’re first starting out, or method when you’re first starting out, so your results can be a little bit more trackable, which I think is super important, especially as a beginner.”
