Jennifer Lawrence matched the dramatic thrill of her upcoming film, “Die My Love,” at the 69th annual London Film Festival on Friday with a bold, burgundy lip and finely trimmed blond bangs. The 35-year-old flashed a smile on the red carpet outside the film screening; her lip gloss accentuating the thick layer of black eyeliner on her eyelids.

Lawrence debuted her above-the-brows bangs in September at the San Sebastián International Film Festival. Front row at the Dior spring 2026 show in Paris, a few weeks later, her layers were prominent; the short ends just barely brushing her oversize sunglasses. In London, Lawrence’s longer pieces curled away from her face, folding between the body of her blond hair. Though she typically works with hairstylist Rebekah Forecast, it’s not certain that she was the artist behind this look. WWD has reached out for confirmation.
As for her makeup, Lawrence let her lip shade do most of the talking, opting for only bottom mascara and buffed-out eyeliner. Meanwhile, her eyebrows were colored in with a medium-brown pencil, and her cheeks were marked by only a touch of blush. The “Hunger Games” star collaborated with London-based makeup artist Celia Burton to achieve her soft glam at the San Sebastián Film Festival; however, she has not yet been confirmed as the artist behind Lawrence’s visage at the London Film Festival screening.

Her fashion was pared-back in comparison to her moody makeup, with an ultra-feminine, Old Hollywood approach. Lawrence donned a two-tone black halterneck gown by Giorgio Armani, a gold choker necklace embellished with a six-tiered diamond and gold bead pendant.
Scheduled to release in the U.K. on Nov. 14, “Die My Love” will see Lawrence assume the complex role of Grace, an erratic writer and young mother locked away in a Montana house, next to Robert Pattinson, who plays her counterpart named Jackson. Other stars cast in the film include Sissy Spacek, LaKeith Stanfield, Sarah Lind and Nick Nolte.
