Kelsea Ballerini defied gravity in one of Le Silla‘s most daring heels, according to the brand. The singer attended the 2025 SESAC Nashville Music Awards at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum on Sunday in Tennessee and stood out in a vibrant red monochrome ensemble.

On her feet, Ballerini opted for Le Silla‘s Ivy pumps in bright red leather. The ultra-tapered pointed toe pumps feature a thin, stiletto heel measuring 120mm. The Ivy pumps are one of the luxury footwear brand’s signature styles and an iteration of its classic, equally sharp Eva pump line.
The shoes are designed with a remarkably feminine and bold design, thanks to what the brand describes as their “sinuous” lines. The pumps are identifiable thanks to their scalloped collar along the sides, which creates the illusion of curves and waves along the shoe’s upper, elongating the leg.

The shoes are available in an array of colors from pinks, blue and nudes to cherry red. While Ballerini’s red leather choice are only currently available on resell websites, the brand is offering the Eva pump in many variations in terms of materials and colors, including patent leather and suede, which retail for $872 on the Le Silla website. Lauren Sanchez is a fan of the heel style, and has been spotted wearing them in various colors over the years.
Ballerini paired her vibrant red shoes and striking red lip with the Miscreants‘ Rose Dress with gloves in a matching red hue. The mini dress featured a strapless design with two overpowering crepe roses featured on front, with one located on the bodice and another on the skirt.

Miscreants is a London-based fashion brand founded in 2019 by Lillie Hand. The brand’s signature elements include statement silhouettes, animal prints, and high gloves, and its designs have been spotted on celebrities like Lizzo and Harry Styles. Miscreants produces its items in small quantities to align with its strict zero-waste policy.
The annual SESAC Nashville Awards were held at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and the event honored the songwriters and publishers behind this year’s biggest country songs. The guests included more than 500 songwriters, publishers and industry professionals. Ballerini was in attendance to present her longtime collaborator, Alysa Vanderheym, with her award for “Baggage.”
