Kim Kardashian Plots Skims Beauty Line

Kim Kardashian announced on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast that she will launch a beauty offering under her apparel brand, Skims.

Kardashian has made multiple forays into beauty before. She launched KKW Beauty in 2017 with a range of prestige cosmetics that emphasises contouring and sculpting, her one-time beauty trademark. Covergirl parent company Coty took a majority stake in 2021, and the brand relaunched as Skkn by Kim the following year, offering both skincare and later cosmetics.

In March, Skims bought back Coty’s remaining stake in the business. Kardashian and her sisters, Khloé and Kourtney, also previously launched the drugstore line Khroma Beauty in the early 2010s.

The line will offer products similar to the most popular items from the previous KKW Beauty line, said Kardashian, mentioning lip liners in particular.

“We’re gonna bring back what works,” she told Cooper.
