Defense minister No Kwang Chol’s comments came at a ceremony in Moscow on Wednesday, where he and his Russian counterpart Andrei Belousov unveiled a statue honoring Korean partisans who fought alongside Soviet forces during World War II, Russia’s defense ministry reported.
