North Korea will take more “offensive action” in response to what it calls the Trump administration’s “brazen” military moves with South Korea, the DPRK’s defense minister warned Saturday, adding that Pyongyang has “no other choice” as U.S. hostility will only lead to lasting confrontation.
The statement, carried by the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), came less than a day after the South Korean military reported detecting a short-range ballistic missile launch at around noon on Friday — which was not reported by North Korea’s state media Saturday morning.
