A North Korean website has reported that foreigners are temporarily barred from visiting the brand new Wonsan Kalma resort, less than a week after the long-delayed tourism zone welcomed travelers for the first time.

But tourism industry insiders say the curious move is unlikely to target Russian visitors, with a planned trip for August scheduled to go ahead and Moscow actively promoting DPRK travel.
