Russian forces appear to have used North Korean cluster munitions in strikes targeting Ukraine’s Kherson region this week, with several bombs still lying unexploded on the street and posing a lingering threat to civilians.

“The enemy is using cluster munitions to shell Kherson,” the National Police of Kherson Region warned on social media on Monday, without specifying the weapons’ origins.
