They’re “separated by an ocean but united by an unwavering passion for rocks and mountains”. Welcome to the latest outdoor collaboration from climbing specialists Rab and Gramicci, which are joining forces to create a limited-edition collection.

Where Peak District (Rab) meets Yosemite (Gramicci), it’s a collection that “honours the pioneering spirit of 1980s climbing culture”. It also fuses Gramicci’s ‘Stonemasters’ legacy with alpinist Rab Carrington’s mountain expertise for a climbing counterculture, we’re told.

That means they’ve taken “their most iconic gear to the next level”, resulting in the Rab & Gramicci seven-piece curated line.

Included are the Rab & Gramicci Climbing Pant, a rugged, flexible climbing pant, re-engineered with wicking, fast-drying fabric; The Kinder Smock, where Rab’s classic 1986 design is supercharged with lightweight 800FP down and protective Pertex Quantum Pro fabric; Neutrino Pro Hoody, where the down jacket is reimagined with Gramicci’s bold design and eye-catching colour blocking, featuring 800FP down, weather-resistant ripstop fabric, and helmet-compatible hood; and Argon Pants, which are down-filled, for both basecamp comfort and winter climbing sessions.

the line-up also includes the Expedition Kitbag 30L, Crimp LS Tee (featuring Tercel blend fabric) and Logo Beanie made with 100% recycled polyester.
