South Korea will strive to speak with “one voice” despite a dispute between the unification and foreign ministries over who takes the lead in coordinating North Korea policy with the U.S., Seoul’s top security official said Tuesday.

National Security Adviser Wi Sung-lac made the comments ahead of a meeting between ROK foreign ministry officials and U.S. Acting Ambassador Kevin Kim in Seoul to discuss DPRK issues, without the participation of the unification ministry.
