Supporters of Ivory Coast President Alassane Ouattara celebrated after officials announced that the 83-year-old had secured a fourth term. Ouattara won almost 90% of the vote in an election which saw his top rivals barred from running. Al Jazeera’s Ahmed Idris explains.
