Philadelphia Eagles receiver A.J. Brown and team owner Jeffrey Lurie cleared the air during their meeting on the practice field this week, according to ESPN’s Sal Paolantonio.
“During the 10-minute meeting, Brown promised Lurie that he would stop his complaining on social media, according to the team official,” Paolantonio reported Sunday. “But Brown also told Lurie that he just wants to be a part of the offense and is frustrated, the team official said.”
The chat came days after Brown played some Madden NFL 26 with streamer Janky Rondo and offered some candid thoughts on this season. He suggested the year has been a “s–t show” and joked fantasy football managers should “get rid of me.”
